Store Policies – Orders, Refunds & Consumer Rights

We want every order to arrive beautifully and as expected. As flowers are a fresh, perishable product, we have a few policies in place to protect both our customers and our small business.

Fresh Flower Disclaimer

All of our arrangements are made using seasonal, fresh flowers. Due to seasonal availability, market supply, and flower quality, exact flowers and colours may vary from photos shown on our website or social media.

We always aim to maintain the same overall style, value, colour palette, and feel of your chosen arrangement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the delivery or pickup date.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers are often ordered fresh specifically for your arrangement.

Custom event, wedding, and large orders may require separate cancellation terms.

Incorrect Orders

If you believe you have received the wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers with clear photos and your order details.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Poor Quality Flowers

If your flowers arrive damaged, significantly different from your order, or do not meet reasonable quality expectations, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

We may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect customer selections, or if the recipient is unavailable at the provided delivery address.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact number.

If incorrect information is supplied resulting in failed delivery, additional delivery fees may apply.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, flowers may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion unless otherwise instructed.

Refunds

Refunds are assessed case by case and provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor natural variations in flowers

  • Preferred flowers unavailable due to seasonality

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by events outside our control (weather, traffic, road closures, etc.)

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these policies excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
